GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to customers all over the world and each country has different rules and regulations. Please make sure you are allowed to import jewelry or their parts Glassberry sells you to your country of ordering. Please note that you, except the EEA customers, may be charged inbound duties and taxes for jewelry purchased which your local customs authority deems appropriate. Glassberry is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance during the delivery process, or any additional customs and taxes that may be charged by local custom authorities.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow us two working days to carefully prepare and pack your goods to be shipped. This requires final stock checkout including careful polishing and fasting of all parts, and further quality checks. Your goods is then carefully and safely packed and posted immediately to you. You will receive a posting notification including track & trace link and/or delivery time estimation.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We always try to find the best shipping carrier according to destination country and items ordered. Since our priority is the safety and fast delivery of your goods, we always use priority/express services with full insurance option. We use mostly DPD, UPS and Czech Post Priority Services for the EEA deliveries and UPS or Czech Post Priority Services for rest of the world. Please note that due to the area specific carrier contracts, your parcel can be delivered by different carrier than as posted with.

SHIPPING RATES

We are a small business, which means we don't have any special arrangement with our courier that would let us lower the shipping prices. Nowadays free shipping seems to be the norm, but the truth is those costs need to be covered somehow, therefore the products' prices get higher. We don't feel like that's fair: if you were to buy more than one item, or if you lived relatively closer to us than someone else, you'd end up paying more than you really owe us.

Europe: 
€8 for purchases under €50

Free of charge for purchases over €50

Rest of the world:
€10 for purchases under €90

Free of charge for purchases over €90

All parcels are fully insured against lost or transportation damages.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary from country to country and depend on many factors, eg. low or peak posting season, possible national holidays on its route or unexpected situations.

Local deliveries: 2 days
EEA deliveries: 2–5 days
Rest of Europe deliveries: 4–7 days
US & Canada: 3–7 days
Rest of the world: 7–10 days
