WEARING

We recommend wearing your jewelry consciously. Precious metal parts do not tolerate extensive contact with dishwashing liquids/cleaning fluids and doing the housework wearing your jewelry increases its risk of being scratched. Please remove your jewelry before you go to bed, when swimming, gardening, doing sports, (seriously messy) cooking, and moving heavy objects.
 
STORING

It is better to store your jewelry on a soft surface in a room with low humidity. If you store your items in a box, make sure that each item is placed separately from others. Be sure to keep your jewelry out of the reach of children.

METAL PARTS CARE

All of Glassberry jewelry items have either surgical steel or sterling silver metal parts. Surgical steel parts maintain their perfect look for very long time. However, it is necesarry to clean them regularly. Please use polishing cloths designed specifically for  jewelry owed to their suitable fabric texture, which are also impregnated with a special agent for effective cleaning and polishing of the product. Sterling silver, however precious metal, tends to oxidize and turns yellow after relatively short time. Therefore silver parts require a different means of care. We recommend using special silver cleaning liquids or gels, applied carefully to all silver parts and wiped off with dry and delicate piece of cloth after time given in instructions.

CLEANING AND POLISHING CRYSTAL PARTS

Since glass and crystal parts are practically inert, we recommend simple but regular cleaning. Gentle wiping with wet tissue or piece cloth should be sufficient. Please note that all matted glass surfaces temporarily change their look after getting wet. They turn back when dry.

FREQUENCY OF CARE

A jewelry care session for your items is recommended once every two months. Spending less than a minute on each jewelry item will ensure the perfect look of your collection for years to come.

REPAIRS

In case of damage to your Glassberry jewelry, please contact our support team at info@glassberry.shop and attach a photo of your item. Although our company does not repair jewelry, we will provide our recommendations for further/corrective action and any suitable services available in your location.
